After having dealt with quite a lot of Arlo Go Installations mainly for stock theft monitoring, and having also had 'mostly' OK functionality out of those systems (albeit with a lot of very frustrating niggles initially) . I have setup an Old/New stock one recently at home and everything worked as I know it should. Then just 'cause'... the Android 'Mode' tab disappeared completely, accessing the device via the my.arlo.com on Edge browser, and Chrome, and Firefox...., I see that NONE of the modes are selected (could be a clue there?) but when I try and Arm it - I get the now very familiar 'Please Wait' (forever?) - that seems to be a synonym in Alro-World for we added another bug in the last update.
Any/all interactions I have had with the support folks has been astoundingly frustrating - mainly just shooting in the dark with the usual power-off/on , uninstall/reinstall , try another browser , get vaccinated , stand on one leg and buy an Apple phone. The scary part is that the SAME issues have been reoccurring over the years as a cursory browse thought the community posts will show - what a joke!

Yes - after my reporting of the issue an update must have occurred because now the 'mode' tab/button has reappeared allowing me to Arm and Disarm the camera.
Please note that I did NOT change anything on my end so it could only have been caused by a bug on your end.
So far it's all working again - lets hope it stays fixed.
Regards
