How do I check how many minutes I've used in my Arlo Mobile Plan. On the website next to Arlo Mobile Usage it says, "NaN of {1} minutes used". On the mobile app next to Arlo Mobile Usage it says, "0 of 225 Minutes Used". I know I have not used only 0 minutes!

How do I get this information??

Contact Netgear Support, there may be a SW upgrade to fix that

Thanks. I came to the website to contact Netgear support but I kept getting kicked back to a page that would only let me ask the community. I have not found a way to contact support and it is very frustrating.
