Trying to figure out if I cancel the mobile service before my 1 year ends, will I get a refund for the month's I didn't use? The arlo website seems to say there is no refund for unused data during the term which is 12 months as I understand it? Seems a little odd that they keep your money if the service isn't working out for you.
How much data are you getting in the different plans they offer? As I understand it, they are not acutally selling you minutes they are selling you data but I don't see how much data they are selling. It would be helpful to know so I can compare costs with AT&T and Verizon.
Lastly, If I buy 225 minutes a month and I go over is it dead until the next month or can I buy more minutes for that month?

WCoyote,
This will depend on the model of Arlo Go you choose. If you choose Verizon, subscriptions will be handled through Verizon. If you choose Arlo Mobile, refunds will be issued for unused months. Take a look here for more information: What is the difference between the Arlo Go models supported by different service providers?
Arlo Mobile plans are based on minutes of usage, take a look here: What Arlo Mobile service plans are available?
If you exceed the minutes on your subscription plan, more minutes will need to be purchased for your camera to remain online.
