I recently purchased an Arlo Go Security Camera with service through Verizon Wireless and added it to my Arlo Pro 2 home system. However, the new Arlo Go Security Camera is not recording anything or sending any notifications. The signal seems strong and I can watch the live feed but it doesn't alert me or record anything.

What is the active mode? Is the motion icon for the camera in the Devices tab gray or black? Gray is disarmed.
