Arlo App Update - My App Is Telling Me My Minutes Are Expired After Renewing

the new app update screwed up my app, nothing is working right now, telling me my minutes are expired when they just renewed, on the 7th of this month, matter of fact this is the third time they renewed, with in the last month, whats going on with this company, had this camera for a year now and been nothing but a problem, especally with the arlo go plan and customer service is no help, this camera and company turned out to be nothing but a headach, for the money we paid we should get something that works better then it does

Have you tried to close/reopen the app or remove & reinstall the app and test again?

yes I have, still the same, and i will mention also after the update, my camera is telling me its charging when its dark out, I am using the arlo solar panel, this is very aggravating !!!!!!!!
