Arlo 4030 - Not Recording Video to The Library

We have an Arlo 4030 that will not store video recordings. There are no Arlo Secure or CVR plans actively on the account, but the other cameras around the office are retaining videos in "The Library" area of the dashboard.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
