Arlo Go & Alarm/logging in issue

When camera detects motion, alarm sound but I cannot get logged onto cameras for about 18 minutes, and cameras only detect motion once during that time. Also cannot change duration of alarm, stuck at 180 seconds.

Still unable to log onto camera immediately after detecting motion. Usually have to wait at least 18 minutes. Ridiculous. Nobody knows why.
