We have the arlogo2 which worked until trial was done.  Our cameras are on the cell network.  So I purchased a plan.  Then I called Arlo and spoke with a very nice tech.  He informed me that I had to purchase a firmware subscription, which I did.  Still my cameras do not store my videos.  I even tried to drag cameras into plan through the app on a laptop to add to my plan.  It will not let me do it.  I would like some suggestions please.

He might have been nice, but wasn't Arlo - they never charge for firmware updates.

Did you google the phone number?  Usually that does lead to a scam support site.
