Updating firmware for Arlo Go 2

I just bought a new Arlo Go 2 camera and during setup I can not get the "updating firmware" to work.  It just keeps spinning.  How do I start over ?

If it shows in Settings, My Devices, remove it. Then use the reset process before trying to connect again:
