I dont want to at this time go talk to verizon

I am trying to understand how the camera works / connects with my phone?

Is there a sort of telephone built into camera?

Eventually I will have wifi on site but until that happens how does it actually connect with my phone so I can see what is going on at my construction site?

A nearby builder is using this model but I don't want to go by and start asking them a lot of questions

Arlo Go 2 connects to a Verizon LTE network, or directly to your home network via WiFi.  Once connected, you can then use the Arlo Mobile app on your mobile device to view the camera.
