Remote cellular connection works very randomly with Arlo Go V2

Hi,
Not sure if anybody else has faced a problem that a remote connection (over cellular) for watching a live feed (or recording) with an Arlo go V2 works very well randomly or very rarely. It seems that the even the cellular signal strength is okay, the connection timing takes forever. And then finally saying the connection is not working (error appearing). Any ideas or any hints how to debug or improve the situation? Also, it seems that when the video connection works, it works okay but it works very rarely.
Note, I have done the followings already:
- rebooted the camera
- tried mobile app and web interface
- synchronized the device again the camera again
