Push notifications but no recordings in library

Once my trial subscription ended, I am getting push notifications but nothing is in the library.

Although the Go-2 isn't mentioned in this article, it still applies: https://kb.arlo.com/000062312/What-options-will-I-have-when-the-Arlo-trial-ends

 

Cloud recording requires a Secure subscription (in addition to your mobile plan).  You can put a microSD card into the camera, but you need to remove it in order to view the recordings.
