I’ve bought an Arlo Go 2. I’ve installed it at my cabin, where there’s 4G coverage.

At first, I tried the cheapest subscription, but it wasn’t recognized in the app as an active subscription.

So I upgraded to Premium.

However, the problem is with the motion sensor. It only works for about an hour.

Then I have to uninstall the camera again — after that, it works for a little while, about an hour — and then it stops working again.

If you also aren't getting recordings, then try running the motion detection test.

The location of that test in the app menus depends on whether you see "Feed" and "Dashboard", or whether you instead see "Library".

Why do you say it's the sensor (and which one are you referring to)? WHat is the message or error you get that alerts you?

Or a recording of the event? Settings can disable notifications.

I wonder if it's something to do with the cellular provider disconnecting the connection after a period of time due to inactivity. Have you asked them?
