Is it possible to view recordings without a subscription?

Is it possible to watch the recordings on the microSD without a subscription or having to physically remove the memory card?

All of my other security cameras from a Reolink to Wyze I can simply view the local recordings in App. With Arlo it looks like my only option is to physically take the camera apart and yank the microSD card.

Unfortunately, the only way to watch the recordings on the microSD is to remove the memory card.

Even with a subscription, you can't see those recordings - you can only see the ones in the cloud.  Note there can be recordings on the memory card that aren't in the cloud.
