I can't review any of my recorded videos on the new app, after the update. I was able to on the previous app.

Providing that your schedules and automata are set up ok, you still can, though this wonderful company made it less accessible. This time you need to go to 'Devices', 'Storage settings' (even though storing videos locally has nothing to do with settings, but heyho), and then you'll be able to see locally stored videos.
