Go 2 does not save videos just Live Feed

Help- I am trying for 5 days to get my cameras to save videos. I have an Arlo Go - no problem, purchased the Arlo Go 2 and began this nightmare.
I have over 10 people in the last 5 days between subscription and tech support who say they are going to help and still NO VIDEOS SAVED.
I have spent well over 5 hours on the phone and all I want to do is get a subscription. Can you imagine begging people to take your money, and they cannot figure it out.
Buyers beware - this is a HUGE problem for Arlo and the frustration meter is at its highest when you try to get anywhere with customer service.
ANYONE WHO HAS SOLD THE MYSTERY OF PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION PLEASE CHIME IN HERE SINCE ARLO HAS NOT

I apologize you have not been able to purchase a subscription. Is there a certain error when trying to purchase it? Can you please dm me a good callback number as well as a good time to call so we can get this taken care of for you. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
