GO2 will not connect using LTE

I have a multi network SIM card for my GO2 camera which I want to use in my Campervan around the UK.

I have set up the camera using wifi no problem but using a multi network data SIM from Anywhere SIM will not work.  I tired an EE card from my phone and that worked fine but not the Anywhere SIM.  If my multi Sim changes networks is that a problem with the VPN?

Any ideas?

Same here in the Netherlands (VML2030-100EUS). Tried two different (activated Sim's to connect to LTE, one data sim and the one i use for calling and data) . Result: No camera found.

Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.
