One of our ARLO Go2 cameras needed a restart.   When it came back up, it was no longer connected to the

cellular service (in our case Verizon).

On the web interface, they give you instructions to remove and then re-insert the sim card then go through the scan of the QR code, etc to bring the camera online.

On the mobile interface, it doesnt provide those same instructions, but still no connection to Verizion is made.

Do I basically have to reinstall this camera?  Because of a restart?

Is there a better way to get back cell service.

Have you tried contacting Verizon support to see if there is an issue with the cellular data? Is there any specific error messaging?

With one of the Go2 I just waited an hour or so and it connected to Verizon .
The other Go2 did not come back. I took the battery out, piped the SIM card out, replaced both. Then it worked fine.
But I still would like to know if a restart of the Go2 cameras should be fine and return to normal

It should be fine, but it sounds like you maybe should do a couple of restarts to confirm.

Does your wifi reach that area?  You can set up both networks on the go 2.
