GO 2 camera has red exclamation

Client purchased 2 Go 2 cameras from T mobile.  Cameras are hooked up to cellular not wi-fi.  Apple 7 phone.  So when you tap devices, both cameras show the exclamation mark in red.  The cameras do record in the feed and notifications are working, can delete the photos in the feed. Tried to up dated the firmware several times, could not up grade the firmware,  the LEDs work.  Also have removed each camera and re-installed them many times, go thru the steps, they read the QR code, the app says it found the cameras, but then again the exclamation marks are still there in the device photo for each cameras.  Any ideas? Thanks.

Is it safe to assume the red "!" is a notice for updated firmware? If you're not sure, click on it.

 

I do note the was another post today about not being able to update his Go 2 firmware so this may be the same thing.

 

@JamesC , @ShayneS , @BrookeN is there a server issue going on?
