Flashing amber instead of blue at sync

Hi,

The #Arlo Go2 camera work as it should at first, but started losing connection with LTE and the app. I’ve tried a couple of times to factory reset the camera, the first times the camera flashed blue after 15 sec, but now it only flashes amber continuously. I have to remove the battery to make it stop. The battery is charged, the sim-card worked and works fine in an other devices.  I’m clueless?

A flashing amber LED could be an indication that the battery is low. If the battery is low, this could also cause the camera not to complete the factory reset. Be sure the battery is fully charged then follow the reset instructions listed here: https://kb.arlo.com/642/What-do-the-different-LED-behaviors-on-my-Arlo-camera-mean
