Double Billed for Secure Service - Help

Hi, 

 

I have 3 Arlo go 2 cameras and wanted to purchase a multi camera Secure subscription for all 3. I selected the plan for the cameras, checked out and realize I was billed for 2 separate annual secure plans!  How can I get reimbursed or credited for one of the annual secure subscription purchases and how do I link all my cameras to the multi-device Secure plan?

Are the charges showing pending or complete on your credit card statement?

 

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, I encourage you to reach out to Arlo Support within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support to open a ticket.
