Cannot get camera to connect to app

I have tried to connect my arlo go 2 camera and once the app has me name the camera, it gives me an error code. 

I have tried to connect it over the web, have done a factory reset on the camera as well as deleting the mobile app and re-downloading it. 

Anything else I am missing?

What error code is it giving you?

If connecting via wifi then after selecting the SSID and entering the correct wifi password you should be presented with a QR code to scan. After scanning the code with the camera it should then onboard.
