Camera saying that it is armed but not capturing any motion and appears to be unarmed

Hi,  does anyone know why my Arlo go 2  sometimes is saying that it is armed but not capturing any motion and appears to be unarmed. (Also vice versa with unarmed/armed). 

it is not on Wi-Fi due to location and is using a 4G network with good reception.

is there a way to check that it is 100% armed (app says armed when it  actually isn’t  at times).

Are you looking in the Mode section to determine if (Dis)Armed or using the Devices section, looking for the "ball and lines" icon? Are you using the schedule by any chance? ANyone else have access to the camera? How do you know it's actually disarmed (app says armed when it  actually isn’t  at times)?
