Where are you? New firmware may not be available outside of the US until approval by a 3rd party.

Hi I’m in Sweden. Not “connected” via Verisure.
The cam has worked fine until now with the update of firmware. Can’t use camera.
The firmware do not install. And no message that the installation of firmware didn’t work. Get push from cam etc detection. But useless when everything I see is “update firmware”

When I start Arlo app, it’s directly starts do “update firmware. Have deleted app, deleted camera. Installed and connected camera. When the installation reach firmware at the very end it fails

Have you removed and then reset the camera by pressing the internal SYNC button for >15 seconds until the LED starts flashing amber?

Yes, tried. Hold synk, amber blinks. And then then it should blink 3 times(doesn’t happen)

I'd return it as faulty and get a new one.

My firmware is 1.090.9.6_V3.00.48_R02.A14.F19 - I don't find an update yet in https://community.arlo.com/t5/Firmware-Release-Notes/bd-p/arlo-release-notes.

This is fimvawe for LTE. It does not install firmware, just try’s to upgrade.

I'm not sure what you're asking. I see EC25V.R02.A14.F19.VZ as the modem firmware if that's what you're after.
As I suggested before, it may be best to swap at the store since this one could be faulty.

That's weird because in the Firmware release notes there is no VML2030 firmware listed (the Arlo Go 2)

Maybe try sending @JamesC a PM (private message) via the envelope link in the upper right hand of the forum page.

Firmware for Arlo Go 2 will vary per regions and per ISP. If you're experiencing an issue updating to the latest firmware for Arlo Go 2, I encourage you to reach out to your regional support via the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support.

Hi James, thanks for taking the time to answer.
The thing is that I’ve 3 Arlo Go 2.
Two of them are with firmware 1.090.7.1_8_178c584and other one with firmware 1.090.9.6_51_6f36a1e
I don’t care much about having the last firmware, but if I want to give access to my father to the cameras I can’t because in his Arlo mobile app there’s the new GUI.
If I try to update my app adding a new camera (Pro 5S) my app claims that it can not be updated because one of the cameras has an old firmware.
But there are 2 cameras with the old firm are and fhere’s only one that says that it’s not compatible.
