If these are Go 2 cameras, then they require an Arlo Secure subscription to get cloud recording (in addition to a mobile data plan). So start by checking the subscription status.
If they are the first generation Arlo Go cameras, then they do have free 7-day cloud storage. However, that is limited to 5 unsubscribed cameras in the account. How many cameras do you have?

No, the Go 2 cameras have always required a subscription.
