Arlo go 2 has poor mobile reception abilty

My phone has one more bar all the time compared to ,Arlo go 2 , it's no fair that I found out after purchase I need 3 bars to work properly ,my phone has 3 bars  and the go 2 has 2 bars , I need answers to why it under performs on signal reception,would accept a refund on this poor performance product
