Arlo camera worked fine for a few months, now NO COLOR, night or day. My camera was out of service for about a month due to my receiving a message from Arlo that I couldn't read; I don't know why Arlo uses much smaller font sizes than is required by available screen space. After considerable difficulty setting it back due to no instructions on this site even though was related to pedestrian, every-day issues, finally got it functional once more. But the once excellent color was gone, even though it was midday in a bright area, and continued so until well after dark.

I see this seems to have been a common problem a few years ago, but I find no posts related to it in recent months. On my iPhone or on your website the color remains absent. Please advise.

Have you tried removing the battery, and then reinserting it?
