Started giving me sound alerts. How do I get rid of them?

Open the camera, and take out the battery.  There is a label inside.

Alternatively, go into the support center of the app, and select the camera.  Scroll down to the product ID field.

If you see "Hxx" as the model, then you are looking in the wrong place.

Do you mean that the camera is now triggering on audio?

Or do you mean that the camera's siren is sounding whenever it triggers on motion?

I moved the activity zone so I don't get vehicle alerts from the road. Those alerts are now sound alerts.

Make sure that audio detection is turned off in the camera rules.

Also disable CO/Smoke detection for the camera (in smart notifications).
