Arlo Go2 alarm won't stop

VLM2030 AerH4  Siren & spotlight will not shut off

Firmware: 1.090.10.4_V4.00.51_R07.A10.F18

The camera has been removed, reset to amber, reinstalled, the app deleted and reinstalled multiple times. The app has been deleted and reinstalled but the camera is still armed. 

This adds to other problems with these cameras on 5G LTE networks. The cameras send push notifications instantly, but it can take 40 min to contact the cameras. Can't rely on these cameras / arlo app
