Arlo Go 2 will not connect to LTE

Have a brand new Arlo go 2. Will not connect to LTE. Have got it connected to WiFi tried multiple SIM cards on Vodafone network which have also tried in a phone to make sure they work. All I keep getting is orange flashing lights which according to manual means cannot connect to network. Any help would be appreciated, I have tried ringing the UK support number but get hold for a while and then it hangs up. Many thanks

I have tried all of them already. The sim definitly works as have tried it in multiple devices.

Have also tried putting in the correct APN settings and it still doesnt work
