Arlo Go 2 LTE/Wi-Fi, Model 2030. I already configured with WiFi, but I can't configure with LTE.

I bought an Arlo Go 2 LTE/Wi-Fi camera model VML 2030
I already configured with WiFi but I can't configure with LTE. I've tried with two SIM cards from two different carriers without success.
Could you help me?

Please reach out to the Support Team to further investigate this issue you are experiencing. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.
