I am having some inconsistencies with the battery indicator on my Arlo GO 2 LTE with solar charging. Please see the attached jpg for more information. When looking at the indicator meanings at -https://kb.arlo.com/1179176/What-do-my-Arlo-camera-s-battery-level-icons-and-notifications-mean and comparing that meaning to my indicator icon shown in the attached jpg (green battery with a lightning bolt through it) it would seem that my battery is fully charged. However, my battery percentage is only listed at 61% as also seen in the attached jpg. Which one should I believe? Any information would be appreciated. This discrepancy is very confusing and frustrating. Maybe I am overlooking something obvious. Thanks in advance.

44Farm,

Which mobile app are you using? (iOS or Android)

A couple things to try:

-Log out of the app and log back in

-Remove and reattach the solar panel charging cable

Is the behavior the same?

James, Thanks for the reply. I have logged out and back into the account many times with no change in behavior. I am using the app on IOS. Additionally, when I log into the camera via the web on a PC the percentage of battery remaining matches what the app shows but the icons don't match. For instance, I just checked the camera, after logging back in, from the app on my iPhone and it shows the green icon that supposedly indicates the battery being fully charged and currently being charged (the green battery with a lightning bolt) while the web page login indicates a gray battery. I have logged out and back in on the PC multiple times as well - same behavior.

The camera is remote so unplugging and reconnecting the solar panel is not a quick option. However, I was on site with the camera this weekend on Saturday and did disconnect and reconnect the panel. This behavior was happening prior and is still happening. So, based on this I'd say that unplugging and reconnecting the solar panel had no affect.

If you have any other suggestions please let me know. Thanks for taking a look.
