App freezes after connecting to camera

After app update, the camera stopped sending notifications and did not save any clips to cloud. It sat like this for a month, now we are trying to connect the camera to app. After several tires, app discovered the camera but then froze after typing camera name. We left it loading for more than 30 mins but nothing happened. It is seems like a technical issue with the app.

I want to upload a screenshot but the image is just plain white once uploaded.

Has anyone experienced such issue? What to do? I tired reinstalling app, restarting camera, phone, router, etc.

 

Before there were no issues with the old app.

 

This is unrelated, but I also tried leaving community experience review and it threw error:

''An error occurred, and your survey response was not submitted.''

I mean come on Arlo, you really need to get your stuff together. Not to mention there is no one to contact directly for support. Our precious time is being wasted.

Thanks for escalating the case.

We solved the issue by using web browser instead of app. 

 

We ran into another small issue when adding another person to location. After using invitation the device does not appear in their app, until first motion detection notification is sent. Maybe this could be improved
