This has happened to 3of our Go2 amerai. There are three copper one tipn inside the camera shell. We seem to lose one or it breaks off. After that we can’t get those cameras to connect
can we fix the connector or do something to get it to connect

IIRC, the spring-loaded contacts are on the camera itself - are those the ones you're referring to? If they were on the case, you could potentially buy a new case but there's no repair to the camera. I'd be wondering how the connectors are getting damaged in the first place.

How they get damaged is beyond me. We generally have to replace the batteries once a week.
So we have been doing this for a couple of years. We do it the same way each time. I have
no idea why it happens to some and not others. Or is it just a matter of time?
One if our Go2 cameras is 4 years old and we have had zero problems

The Go 2 is a new model, maybe a year old. It seems you have to original Go cameras.
Is the problem with charging? That would be the only reason to need those contacts unless you mean the contacts for the battery itself to supply power to the camera. Is it possible the contact is still there but somehow stuck down?

Time flies... The Go 2 was launched in May 2022.
So a 4 year old camera would have to be the original Go, but there might be newer Go 2 cameras in the mix.
