The camera(s) are all on Verizon LTE. Plenty Sun Light here in Tampa FL. Is there a software Issue with this GO2 Camera?

Not likely. Could be a faulty panel, poor connection at the magnetic connection, etc. Can you charge the battery normally with no issue?

I have tried new batteries and have replaced the VMA 5600C Solar panel. I have 3 GO2 Cameras at this same location. The Other 2 are fine and stay at 90-100% Charge. On this Camera, It goes to 0% in 7 days. It is on LTE with 3 Bars showing. Could it be a Firmware or Software Issue occurring that Arlo hasn't found a solution to.

Swap cameras around to see if it's the location or camera. That will also use a different solar panel so that's a useful step, too.
You didn't answer about charging normally.
