Hi everyone
I'm trying to get a Arlo Go 2 camera up and running. We could successfully set up an Arlo Go 1 camera, but using the same SIM-Card and settings, it does not work on a Go 2 camera.
I already contacted the carrier, according to his information, the camera tries to conntact the wrong APN. However, testing the configuration QR-Codes manually with a QR code decoder shows the correct APN:
LTE:V:1;APN:shared\.m2m\.ch;AU:NONE;A:ae7c612f9d7bbc07;
Is there a way to check the configured APN on the device? I think that the APN setting gets overwriten or is not stored correctly.

Thanks for your reply. This update doesn't seem to be installed on my device yet. Therefore, it might be another issue.
I already tried a month ago and contacted the official arlo support which could not help me with a solution.

Recently bought a Arlo go 2 camera.
Configured it all by the book. Worked great at home via Wi-Fi.
Put in the SIM card for LTE, paced the camera in remote location and tested it.
worked shortly, lost connection which I thought was dues to bad connection to LTE cell network via “Hallon” which uses the “3” network in Sweden.
Ordered a new SIM card from Vimla which uses the “Telenor” network. Works great in the phone, but it never connects when it’s in the camera.
I’ve tried “everything” restarted the camera, reset to factory settings etc, nothing works.
No problems with Wi-Fi, but impossible to get it to work over LTE.
Anyone that can shed some light on this?
