I have seven cameras, split up on two different bases under two different accounts.  I share cameras from one account to my mine main where I can view all seven instead of logging in and out.  Last week I had verizon upgrade me to 200 internet speed, which resulted in the install of a new ONT.  Ever since them to my knowledge, my cameras have been dropping off my wifi/router which is the latest one out from Verizon.  Never had issues like this until speed upgrade. Rest of my devices are connected  and work fine.  Its not an issue with Verizon, we changed routers, rebooted several time.  Arlo base stations were reset several times, with the cameras removed and the reinstalled.  Takes a while to get cameras back up and down ladder just to resync.  I believe I saw another posting somewhere that may of talking about the same topic.  My base stations indicated on line but indicated off line on the Arlo app.

Please help or Im getting rid of this JUNK

It would seem that the junk is the new connection, not Arlo. Sounds like you need to work with the ISP.

Not ISP, everything has been checked no issues. All other devices on internet working fine.
There’s to many posts from others indicating the same issue.

Wfd75,

Is this a consistent issue? Are you still experiencing the same issue today?

I have some back on line for the time being, I usually disable a few during the days but have not tried that, due to the fact I may not be able to enable them. Have you seen that many other post on your site regarding the same issue? It’s definitely not my ISP equipment. People seem to think it has something to sue with the last firmware update that was put out.

wfd075,

There was an outage recently that has since been resolved. You can find the details here: status/arlo.com
