in All the chats with Arlo they will tell us to charge them & factory reset them and they will work a couple of days and quit again! We are very frustrated with these particular sets! Our personal set works fine but it is older & it works great! The Arlo essential spotlight outdoor cameras we cannot keep working or online. We have watched all the videos & tutorials until we are sick & tired.  We would like to get the $630 we spent on the gifts returned. The cameras will not stay working and we have wasted the last two months dealing with this!  They are defective cameras!! Not matter what number you try Arlo will not talk to you!!!!  Are you going bankrupt or something???Beyond mad  Cameras are the Model version VMC2030 series. they were all connected to Apple iPad or Apple iPhone.

Serial #'s  A47E257GD865E, A47E2573D80D7, & A47E257WD7DA0. We have WebRoot as security on this  Dell  computer

Have you brought a camera closer to your router or hub to see what happens?

It same for us. Our VMC2032 is not keeping connection on line for a long time.
Our wi-fi network is very good and the wi-fi antena is close to the camera (<4m).
The camera is not able to work 100% on-line all the time with its battery or even with its solar panel.
However even with the AC adapter the wi-fi connection is not kept permanently.
To add another bad issue is on a Windows PC with double screens, the ARLO camera stops to work if you slide it on Screen 2. (Edge or Firefox) (even using HDMI connection for the Screen 2).
All that is not mentioned in the commercials and adverts from ARLO and even in the speech of arlo presales team.
ARLO is not a reliable professional solution at all.

Arlo was never advertised as a "professional solution". It's a home DIY system.

From what you have posted, I suspect 2.4GHz interference although the screen 2 thing may have to do with how moving between screens works. If you start the browser in screen 2 and then connect to Arlo, does that work?
