I recently purchased 2 new Essential Spotlight cameras and although they are functioning normally and sending me notifications, but I cannot livestream the feed. I continually get the above-referenced error code or "This camera is streaming on another device and cannot be accessed right now" - even though I'm the only active user trying to retrieve the feed when I look under active users. What can I do to livestream on these cameras?

    This behavior should now be resolved. If anyone within this thread is still seeing it please let me know.

    The development team was able to reproduce the issue as described and is continuing to work toward a solution. As soon as we have more information available, we'll post an update.

@P4ul are you seeing the Sip steaming error or are you experiencing a different behavior?

What troubleshooting steps have you done already, I do not want to repeat any steps that you may have already done.

Bought an Arlo Hub today and got it all set up but now I’m randomly getting “This camera is streaming on another device and cannot be accessed right now". It’ll go away and then come back randomly.

any solution... I really thought that I bought the best cam. But as I see it right now. It looks like $1000 out the window

THE ERROR IS DUE TO A VPN. YOU HAVE TO TURN OFF YOUR VPN

fast täglich zeigen meine Kameras, daß Live- Streaming nicht möglich ist und ein anderes Gerät benutzt sie gerade?!Können Sie den Fehler beheben?

Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that changes the behavior you are seeing.

I have now reinstalled the app on the phone. I’ll test tomorrow.

 

but normally, I use the desktop browser setup - there is nothing to update.

 

what do I do about the browser live view?
