one camera no longer charging

I called today and explain to the customer service tech that my one camera was not charging at all and the other ones we’re holding a charge for maybe a month no longer than six weeks. I’m out of warranty by two weeks I was told that they would give me a discount on a new package, the discount was less than what they were selling the packages on the Black Friday advertising. The customer service told me that I better go buy it through Black Friday. They have lost a customer as well as I oversee the surveillance department at one of our casinos I was going to purchase mini Arlo cameras not any longer. 
The company will be out of business. If they let their customer service people talk to customers that way as well is not resolve the customer issue.

Maybe they should take some classes from Apple or Disney to learn what Customerservice really is.

Which camera were you experiencing the issue with charging the battery? Can you PM me the serial number.
