I had a service plan. My credit card was hacked and while I was traveling my regular monthly deduction was declined. Now that I am and and a new card was sent to me, all I want to do is update my source of payment and be able to log into my account. Why is it that I can't get to a live person for assistance. Your system won't allow me to login and make the updates myself.
