Sounds like the Nightvision IR filter is stuck.  How many of your cameras have this issue?

 

Can you confirm the camera models?

  • if the camera housing opens, then open it and remove the battery.  There is a label inside
  • you can also go into the support center of the app, select the camera, and scroll down to the product ID field
