La estacion base modelo VMB 3000 no es reconocida por la app arlo secure, acciones que he realizado para tratar de vincular la estacion base: 1 hice la instalacion segun instrucciones de instalacion, 2 reinicie la estacion base, 3 hice reset a la estacion base, 4 probe con varios cables de eternet, 5 no uso VPN, mi router es huawei serial 4857443C0846AA6, y no he logrado que la app reconosca la estacion base , tambien estableci contacto con soporte arlo e hice las recomendaciones de ellos y tampoco obtuve resultado positivo, si alguien puede ayudarme estaria agradecido.

Is this a new basestation? Is there an error you get when installing, which part of the onboarding does it get to before it does not install? When performing the reset make sure that it is amber before letting go:

To perform a factory reset on your Arlo Base Station or SmartHub: Use a pen or straightened paperclip to press and hold the Reset button on the back of the Base Station or SmartHub for about 10 seconds. Release the Reset button. After the reset is complete, the LED on the front of the Base Station flashes amber.
