essential camera video do not appear in libreary and I can not supcrIpe

Hi

i just add a arlo essential camera I get notifications but the videos do not appear in library I can not supcrIpe also as the country I am in do not offer supcription  what can I do

I bought it from amazon during my visit to Usa I have pro 2 cameras and they do not have any problem I want to use it do not care if I have to pay a subscription but I just can not subscribe I am stuck with this camera if I new I would not bought it. It says 3 months free without subscription but It never worked ı get notifications but no video on library

If connected to your Pro 2 base you can use local recordings without a subscription. However, it's likely that you would need to safely eject the drive to view the recordings on a computer. What model base do you have?
