i cannot for the life of me get this camera to sync with my phone and turn on. I thought I had it for a second there, I went out into the street so that I'd be at the required 2.4 ghz as opposed to the 5 ghz that my router has. My phone actually "found" my camera and even allowed me to name it and everything. But that's where it all stopped working. It wouldn't update and it told me it was offline. I still have yet to get a picture from the camera. It wouldn't restart, so I just uninstalled and now it won't reinstall, even if I move away from my house so as to ensure I'm getting 2.4 instead of 5. Maybe having 5 ghz is going to be a constant issue, in which case I'd like to just return the camera and find one that will work. If anyone has any tips feel free to share, I'm about at my wits end.

FWIW, my own Essential cameras work fine with my dual-band (2.4G + 5G) Orbi mesh router.
What router (manufacturer+model) do you have?
