camara will not connect to wifi arlo vcm2330

can not get camara to connect to my wifi. I have it set to the 2.4 mhz

Try using a PC (my.arlo.com) instead of your phone.

 

Also, the wifi needs to be set to WPA2 (AES) security.  If you have punctuation in the network name or password, you might need to remove it.
