arlo home page updated or something and looks completely different

My arlo home page updated or something and looks completely different and the cameras were all deleted and I can't get them to reinstall.

The Arlo user interface has updated. This means some things are in a new location. You should still be able to navigate to Devices along the bottom of the app to see your installed devices. This update should not have removed any cameras that you already had set up.

This isnt through a phone app. My mom has them on her computer to watch her cows calving. The new computer page when you click devices there is nothing there. Just says add device.  Tried adding the cameras back on and am failing to get them to get connected. Have never had this trouble before.

The web client works essentially the same way as the app. Is your mom the original installer (primary user) of the cameras or did someone else set it up and then share the cameras with her?
