I have an Arlo pro V MB 4000 base with 2 Arlo pro cameras.
I purchased 4 essential Wire free spotlight cameras With the intention of Capturing video on a local storage through my through my VMB 4000 base. During setup, the Arlo base is never detected. The cameras will set up as wire free to my local network but will never find the base that is on the same network. I research thoroughly before purchasing to ensure that this would work.Arlo support no longer answers the phone and I am unable toGet these for cameras to work for me.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Have you tried adding the cameras using a PC (browse to my.arlo.com)?

Yes, I have logged in, added new device, scanned code for chime. At this point it searches for arlo devices and finds nothing...
What can I Do? Arlo support does not answer the phone any more.
