all-new Essential Indoor Camera

Saw the announcement for the all-new Essential Indoor Camera. I’m looking for a camera to use when we travel and take our dog. Quick question: if I connect the camera to the WiFi at a rental or hotel. Then have my phone with me with its normal internet connection this should work correct?

The problem with this sort of thing is the requirement for most hotel, etc. WiFi connections to have a login. You could create a hotspot with your phone or other device to connect the camera in a roundabout manner.
