The easiest way to avoid this issue is to use the same network name and password on the new router as you used on the old one.

If you have a subscription, you can use the support center in the app to get phone support. Don't google for a phone number, that generally leads to a scam support site.

It's showing my old router unable to put my password in When I click again new route comes up and then space for my new password not liking qr code. Done the search for any Arlo device I'm not being picked up. It's doing my head In
